Two of the nation's favourite crime writers discussing their work, hosted by William Shaw, author of the Alexandra Cupidi and Tozer series
Brighton is awash with great writers, but none as successful over such a long time as multi-million seller Dorothy Koomson who celebrated an amazing 20 years in publishing this year. Her books - from romance to crime – have been translated into over thirty languages. She put Brighton on the map with The Ice Cream Girls and All My Lies Are True and is the author of brilliant psychological crime fiction like My Other Husband and I Know What You’ve Done.
Nadine Matheson is one of the most-lauded of a new generation of crime writers who emerged in 2021 with the excellent The Jigsaw Man which the Daily Mail noted had “chilling echoes of Thomas Harris’s The Silence of The Lambs”. She followed that last year with equally brilliant The Binding Room. When she’s not writing, she works in London as a criminal defence solicitor.
